"Big thanks for
putting together such a terrific, engaging and fun event with a
cast of thousands. And thanks for inviting me to be part of it.
I had a really good time, connected and reconnected with a lot
of people. Great community feeling that night. There's been a
whole lotta BUZZ about it since. All good fortune!"

"Sang with the
legendary David Amram last night. After the set, an enthusiastic
fan of his shook my hand, gushing compliments. The best one:
"Don't worry! Kurt Elling couldn't keep up with him scat singing
either." I have arrived! :-)))" Allyssa Jones
"George- Thank you!!! It was
such a pleasure working with you and the crew this year :-)
Whenever you need me, I'm there!" Allyssa Jones
"We had a
stellar performance of music and words last night in honor of Jack
Kerouac at the Back Page club in the canalside alley off 15
Kearney Square, behind the Blue Taleh eatery. The place is the
kind of nightspot that many of us imagined was possible along the
downtown canals of Lowell when we visited San Antonio, Texas, in
the mid-1980s to see their famous Riverwalk lined with
restaurants, clubs, and more."
"Mayor Jim
Milinazzo at the Back Page presented a proclamation for Roger
Brunelle Day in Lowell, a tribute to the man who invented the
guided tour of Kerouac's Lowell and who has spent decades helping
to preserve the French Canadian-American heritage of Lowell." Paul
