March 12, 2013 - We begin a discussion focusing on transportation for the disabled. Marine David Tierney tells an inspirational story about his Vietnam War injuries, and his perseverance in the aftermath to be the best he can be.

March 5, 2013 - David and I discuss urban "Walkability". Dave Ouellette of ACTION (Acre Neighborhood Group) provides an update about the Spring Community Gardens program.

Dec 18 - Christmas Show ... Glass blower Peter Zimmerman from Western Ave. studios joins a discussion about Christmas gift ideas offered by the various Lowell artists over the Holidays. David reads his essay "Time" and the true spirit of Christmas.

Nov 27 - David and I discuss general topics including: the 2012 City of Lights Parade; Latinos impact on presidential elections and the potential influence on the 2013 Lowell City Council and School Committee Elections; Lowell History; David reads his essay "Time" about the true meaning of Christmas.

Nov 13 - Dave Ouellette of ACTION (Acre Neighborhood Group). Veteran's Day (including General Petraeus), North Common Amphitheater lighting upgrades and general progress in the Acre part of the City.

Nov 6 - LPD Deputy Superintendent Arthur Ryan. Lowell as a bridge City, including discussions of the logistics of the new University Ave. bridge and the proposed new Rourke Bridge. Also Crime Mapping and downtown incidents.

Oct. 30 - Special Election Edition. David and I have a spirited conversation (and sometimes spar) over our recommendations for the 2012 Elections.

Oct. 23 - City Councilor Marty Lorrey comes to the studio for a discussion about the growing partnership between the City and UMass Lowell, the City Manager's 2013 Initiative involving East Pawtucketville and West Acre, and the future of Lowell High School.

Oct. 9 - Senator Eileen Donahue calls in and we discuss a myriad of issues including Lowell's growth, sustained economic development, UMass Lowell & MCC, jobs creation as a priority, job training programs, renewable energy, arts and cultural developments, and Hollywood East.
